Returns Policy
Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Information
We verify each order and test every product before dispatch to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
• All products come with a three-month return-to-base warranty, unless stated otherwise.
• Before returning an item, you must request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) via email at info@sqfr.uk. Returns without an RMA will be rejected. If you have any questions, call us at +44(0)7702 200945 or email us at sales@sqfr.uk.
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items. For faulty items, we will cover return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed.
• When returning an item, please include all original cables and accessories.
Non-Faulty Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any unused, non-faulty item within 14 calendar days of receiving it for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and fully resalable.
• Non-faulty items returned after the 14-day period may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or rejection, depending on their condition.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, call us at +44(0)7702 200945 or email us at sales@sqfr.uk. Orders are dispatched daily, with a cutoff time of 2:45 PM GMT.
Technical Support
If you experience any issues, contact us first by phone or email. Many problems can be resolved without returning the product.
Warranty Repairs
• Once an RMA is approved, you must return the product within 14 days. The return address will be provided by email.
• Ensure that returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage caused in shipping.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper power sources, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.
• If a product is returned as faulty but is found to be fully functional, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A 25% diagnostic fee may apply if a returned product is found to be in full working order.
